Version dated 12 September 2026; technical clarifications dated 29 September 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in a user’s browser. They allow the website to remember the user’s actions and preferences, operate correctly and collect visitor statistics.
Cookies that can directly or indirectly identify a user may constitute personal data. They are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
2. Categories of cookies used on this website
| Category | Purpose | Is consent required? | Storage period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Website operation, sessions, form protection and remembering cookie choices | No | Session / up to one year |
| Functional | Loading the interactive map | Yes | Determined by the map provider |
| Analytics | Bitrix website statistics | Yes | Determined by the statistics service |
| Marketing | Advertising features, if introduced | Yes | Determined by the relevant service |
At the time of publication, no separate marketing scripts or Yandex Metrica are connected to the website.
3. Cookies used
Bitrix session cookies may be used to operate the website. The exact names of technical cookies depend on the website configuration and may change.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Remembering the user’s choice in the cookie banner | One year |
The interactive map and website statistics load only when the relevant categories are allowed. The cookies they use may vary depending on the settings of third-party services.
4. How the cookie banner works
On their first visit, users see a panel explaining the use of cookies. It links to this policy and offers the choices “Allow all for this website”, “Necessary only” and “Customise”.
Optional categories are switched off by default. Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate the website and remember the user’s choice. The interactive map and website analytics do not start until the relevant categories are allowed. The choice is stored for one year and can be changed using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the website.
5. Third-party services
The interactive map loads after the functional category is allowed. The TravelLine booking module operates separately: the website’s cookie switches do not control its settings. Information about data processing during booking is provided in the service’s documents and interface.
Information about personal data processing is also available in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, including in Google Chrome, Yandex Browser, Safari and Mozilla Firefox. If you disable all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, some website features may not work correctly.
7. Storage of consent-choice data
Information about the user’s choice — the date, a hash of the IP address, the version of the consent mechanism and the categories selected — is stored in a log on the website server for up to one year.
8. Effective date
This Cookie Policy has been in effect since 12 September 2026; technical clarifications were made on 29 September 2026. The Operator may amend the policy. The current version is published at gosaviator.ru.
