2. Purposes of processing
Receiving and handling a booking request;
Creating, confirming, changing or cancelling a booking;
Communicating about booking, accommodation, payment and refunds;
Arranging check-in and accommodation;
Complying with Russian law (migration and tax records);
Accepting payments and making refunds;
Handling enquiries, questions and complaints;
Sending notices related to booking and accommodation;
Analysing website traffic and improving the website;
Ensuring website security.
3. Types of processing
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and alteration), retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, both with and without automated means.
4. Transfer to third parties

All personal data is stored on servers physically located in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer takes place.

This consent applies from the time it is given until the purposes of processing have been achieved or the consent is withdrawn. Personal data related to contracts, payments, migration records and tax records is kept for the periods required by Russian law (up to five years).
7. Withdrawal of consent
